  1. How old are they? It is the parents responsibility to either get the meals prepared for them or too tell you what they like. Maybe do the sandwhiches but then pair it with some fruits or vegtables or chips.

  2. Next time be sure and ask the parent what they had in mind

for a meal and snacks. Most parents will tell you or leave a list. Sometimes a glass of milk will help fill them up but be

    sure its okay .

  3. Mac & Cheese, 2min Noodles, Spaghetti & Toast, Scrambled Eggs, (if allowed) or order in Pizza...

  4. Mac and Cheese is always a favorite

  5. ask the parents, and if not, try small dishes, like cereal in a bag, or pancakes, dont overlode them

  6. The parents should have left you with those instructions. Check the fridge and you should be able to tell what they eat.

  7. cant go wrong with pizza

  8. grill cheese, ramen noodles, macaroni, HB helper

  9. The parents should have told you what was okay for the kids to eat. Next time ask them for simple meals. You don't know what the kids like, are allergic to or not allowed to eat, so the best way is to tell the parents to tell you what to feed the kids.
