Lately I have had a really poor diet. I exercise about 9 hours a week, but I snack all day long. What do you think I should cut out of my diet so I can lose about 10 pounds?Today I ate:a bowl of Cheerios (about 2 cups) with non fat milkhummus and pita breadwhite rice (about three cups) with plain yogurttwo small plums thanks guys!
