What should I do, I bought a vehicle, paid in full, title was never sent to me.?

I did register it in PA, title never came. I called, fight for one year. Moved to NJ (after two month from purchasing). Now one year it is sitting on my driveway without title, registration. I run carfax and found that title was repossessed before I bought it from auction. DMV PA does not provide me with any answer. What to do??? I can't even gave it to charity now, because I have no title. Probably title is repossessed, and it was never delited from the record. Please let me know what I should do - go to PA DMV, or NJ DMV, or to the court directly. I do not know already for two years.

You are dealing with the wrong people.  Any DMV cannot help you.  You need to go back to the person/place where you bought the vehicle.  They are required to provide you with a "merchantable" title.  If/when they do, you can then go to your DMV and get a title, etc.
