What should I do , when city of Los Angeles , empose illegal taxation on small buisness?

City of LA , thru one of it's agencies , named a job to do , set up a fee for the job , then forced 1000's of small business to pay this ILLEGAL fees annually.

How is the tax illegal?  You can file a suit and try to stop the city from collecting.   You can try to prove the law they are enforcing is unconstitutional.

If you feel the ordinance is unfair, you need to work the political machine to get the law changed.

Since you are obviously not a lawyer, where did you get the opinion that the 'taxation' or 'fee' is illegal?  Unpopularity and anger by those who have to pay is not surprising, but that does not make it illegal.  If you still think that it is then I suggest you pay for a lawyer and discuss it with them.  Good luck!!
