What should I do...I'm lost....?

I am currently receiving light treatment in a dermatologist office. About three weeks ago some of there lights stopped working. They keep saying they are getting them fixed, but it doesn't seem to be happening. They are using broke down equipment...should I report them? Or what?

If you are paying for your treatment then that is really unfair that you are getting below standard treatment and I certainly would report it. On the other hand you can ask them when they expect to get the equipment working properly again and delay your treatment till then. Good luck
