What should I do? I don't like him!?

So there's a guy I work with and he likes me but I really am not into him at all. I didn't even know him before I started working with him and i know this sounds horrible but I need tips on how to get him to stop liking me or make him get the hint that im not into him. I cant just tell him straight up tht I dont like him and im afraid now that he may try to ask me to our dance thats coming up. I dont wanna have to turn him down I would feel awful but i dont like him at all. He is constantly talking to me and theres like no way i can avoid him Please help!

you may not WANT to do it, but being upfront and honest really is the best way to go if he isn't picking up on any other hints.  Or just tell him you've got a boyfriend.

If he really likes you then hinting will not do it. Guys like it striaght. Just be nice and tell him the truth striaght out. Just be honest. It will be better for him if you tell him soon. The longer you wait, the more his feelings for you will grow.
