What should I do? I feel bad.

I was at Ulta with my mom. At Ulta the people who were working were being really rude. The cashier was mean to my mom, she kept giving her dirty looks. Then this other woman who worked there, was giving me an attitude. I was looking at perfumes and she was all the way at the other end of the aisle and was like " Can I help you?" in a rude tone. I didn't even have a purse or pockets so I couldn't have stolen anything. Saying "Can I help you" is kinda of a rude thing to say. I don't know I just felt like bad vibes. So I wanna like report the workers. Is there like a survey?

  2. Shopkeepers are sometimes rude to me because they think Im a child (Im short) or they think that I cant afford something. I usually counteract this by walking straight up to someone and asking for service. This stops the dirty looks. Even if I dont want to buy something, I might do this in a store if I only want to look. Its amazing how many discounts Ive scored doing this.  

  3. Definitely go to their website and report them. Make sure you got their names and everything. If you go back and they still act like that, ask to speak to the manager and tell her about the bad service your getting.

  7. be brave and go back to the store and be like hey wtf? and tell them that you are a paying customer and deserve respect and that next time tell them that if they dont like their job then flip burgers somewhere and leave innocent people to the employees with people skills

  8. Usually when I am treated that way, I just feel maybe they are having a bad day and I forgive them. Or maybe I am too soft a person to report anyone (unless they were being outright rude and hurting me in someway). Sometimes it's just their personalities, when they have this attitude thing going on. Other times, I feel maybe it's all in my mind (becoz I am a very sensitive person and can take offence easily). So yes, it sure depends on the situation and how strongly u have felt this.

    If u r sure about the reporting, I would go back to that particular store and ask to speak with the manager. Better still would be if u call the store first to know when the manager comes in, and go when the manager will be there.

    Another option, is to maybe not name the person, but tell the manager in a very general way that ur experience was not pleasant and the employees can have more manners and niceness in them. And that if u continue to have this experience, you will stop shopping there.
