What should I do...? I have my period on the first day of school!!?

My first day of high school is tommorow!!! I have my period that started yesterday and Im afraid its going to leak.. what should I do??

This is what i did. I wore a super tampon with a pad underneath it justin casee. Then i changed it at lunch. I was totally okay and i normally have a heavy period.

wear both a pad and a tampon, change them  frequently like inbetween every class or  as often as you feel the need.   bring extra  "supplies" with you.. and mabey even a change of pants  to keep in your locker in case anything dose happen.. jsut be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.

tampons wont let it leak!

and if it gets on the string just wear a pad too..

if you wear tampons then just put a pad on too and check it through out the day... if you wear pads then try to layer them and check it through out the day... if you have a really close friend and you think it leaked then just ask her... "did i leak?" i'm sure they'll know what your talking about.
