  1. Just keep trying your best.  You will just have to keep working  until your team accepts you.  I had a similar situation.  I never got a set.  We were running a 5-1 and the setter was in the front row with me.  The other front row hitter dove to make the pass.  The setter kept looking at the other hitter and he was not getting up.  So, he had to set me.  I got the kill.  They were shocked.  After that, I got sets regularly.

Worry about things you can control.  Your play on the court is the only thing you can control.  Do not worry about your team.  You can not control your team.

    Good luck.

  2. be there and support ur team.... ur there for a reason....just play ur role and step up in practice

  3. Do ur best, try to fit in maybe. Support ur team. A team should always be close though, they have to pick each other up and help each other out.

  4. Don't sweat it. Just play your part and interact with them. You all have to get along, not knowing your team mates is not good. You need to know them like the back of your hand because you need to work well with each other in a cinch. You have to count on them and they need to count on you.

    I hope that makes sense.

  5. Make sure that you're outgoing, because they don't know you yet... besides, once the season is over you can have other friends! xoxo
