Okay I am gaining weight instead of losing weight! I need a structured workout plan and diet that helps lose weight FAST! I need to lose 20 pounds in like 1 months! Help!

  2. chill out. how old are you?

    go to a gym. you don't need any "diets" if you just eat healthy and the right amount of calories.

    if you freak out about your weight gain, the stress might cause you to gain more weight.

    and, are you sure you're not just getting your period and feeling bloated?
