  1. I would say that your id is controlling this. But I'm not sure. Every time you have this dream, write out how you feel, and try and connect any themes you find in the dream to real life.

For example: A man had a dream about a staircase every night

    he went to a psychologist

the psychologist asked him how his relationship with people was

the man said that he was so tired of people because they always used him and stepped all over him to get to their destinations

the man broke down and wept after he'd said this because he realized that his dream was saying that he was being used way too much and needed to gain self respect and stop people from using him.

  2. m********e before you sleep.

  3. maybe you are really crying for your mother even though she may not be good for you.

  4. You need to talk this through with a trained counsellor - there is much you need to understand for yourself about why this is happening that requires time and patience to work through.

  5. Well, why do you cry yourself to sleep every night? It would help if we knew why. And I'm not sure what to do about the nightmares, but I suggest trying to get it together w/ your mom, like, just so you guys can tie some loose ends in case one of you suddenly dies or something. Cuz trust me, you may not like her now, but if she were to die or something, you would miss her. So just try to do that. Maybe the nightmares are from your subconscious trying to tell you something like that. So maybe if you try to reconcile w/ your mom or something like that, the nightmares would stop. But I don't know what your guys' situation w/ each other is, so if you can't do anything to make it better w/ your mom, then I can't really say much about that. So sorry if my advice doesn't work. but I hope it does help! Good luck! :)
