  1. This may seem a little strange, but contact the local Driver's Education program for your city schools.  My daughter recently got her license and took Behind-the-Wheel on last summer.  The cost was only $150 for a 2 week course and completion of the class guarantees your license.  You don't even have to take the test.  Even if you aren't permitted to take the class, one of the instructors may be willing to assist and at a minimum they can provide you with some viable alternatives in your local area.

  2. Just call some local driving schools in your area and ask them what they will charge per hour but better per week and find one that is close if possible............

  3. try learning in an empty parking lot that is how the way I learned by myself

  4. the only thing you can really do to learn is to get out there and drive. its all about you being comfortable driving. there is not much that anyone can tell you that is going to teach you more than actual driving will teach you. empty parking lots are a good start, but you need to get on the public roads and get a feel for those too, the best time is early in the morning on the weekends when there is not many drivers on the road.

  5. go to an open place where you can be safe with you knowing that you wont crash into anything!!!
