What should I do about my Honda Civil Hybrid (08)?

I dropped off my Honda for an oil change and they got into a car accident with my car. They are fixing it for free. What should I do when I pick up my car? Is there any legal stuff I should know about? I live in Michigan. They have had my car for a week and they are painting my car today.

Another thing you could do is go to another Honda dealership and have them look at, just explain the situation of what happened at the other dealership. If it's not right then make them make it right if they don't want to cooperate, contact the atty generals office as well as Honda motor America.

Seems to me that fixing your car is fair compensation... as long as they have paid for your rental.  I would tell them something like... and I would appreciate a full tank of gas when I come to pick it up for my troubles.  Make sure the repair work is perfect before you accept it though.
