What should I do about my big nose?

I feel like my nose is SO huge, it's long and skinny, or at least that's how it looks to me. My mom says it's all in my head and that it's not big at all, but I think she's just saying that. I really would like to be a singer one day but I'm afraid I will not be able to because of my big nose will make me look to ugly to be on tv. Ok so any ideas on how to make my nose look smaller? And if nothing else works how bad would a nose job hurt?

omg look at sarah jessica parker she didnt let her large nose get in the way with her acting career, i mean the movie s*x in the city was awsome!! shes a great actor and the fact that she has a big nose has never made me think different... i still think shes pretty, natrually.

the trick to making your nose smaller is to draw attention AWAY from your nose, play up your eyes with makeup and a cute eyeshadow color.. make it colorful, also wear lipgloss any shade of your choosing..

all i can say, is get a nose job, but your looking at money there and the outcome isn,t worth it. if no body else isn,t saying anything about your nose, then forget about it.

lighter hair seems to soften even the hardest of features

i have a big nose too. draw attention to your eyes or lips or get a unique hairstlye. don't get a nose job. i embrace mine. it's what makes a person unique.
