What should I do about my gum disease?

I had it for a while now and the gum is already going out of place. I already lost 2 tooth and my 2 front tooth in the top and an black stripe..... and it's going to break off soon. What should I do seriously .. gum surgery cost at least $1000 and I would need to replaced all my teeth and that would cost like $100 per tooth...

my gum disease is already at an very high level. If I get gum surgery and replace all my teeth, could it all be done in 1 day? If not how long would it take?

If you smoke, you need to stop. You should also have a good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush like a Braun.

Apart from that.. I don't think there is much you can do, other than undergo the surgery. Sorry to say so.
