What should I do about my teeth moving back?

I've been wearing my retainer on and off for a while after a year of wearing it. I've noticed my 2 front top teeth moving back to their original spots. Should I just wear my retainers more often? will that fix the problem?

I wore my retainers all the time for 6 months then just at night for about 5 as recommended by my orthodontist

i would start wearing it again fulltime regularly if u want ur teeth to move back, but it might not fit anymore.

if it does, then just wear it all the time and at night (except eating, brushing ur teeth, and swimming 4 some weird reason lol)
