What should I do about this guy I want to report to ICE

I met him at the end of June. I came to find out that he was an illegal immigrant from Jamaica. He has a gun which I have seen, and he smoke weed. To make matters worst he has young kids like 13 years old smoking with him. He been arrested but never convicted. He told me that he robs for a living. He said been in this country for 3 years. I haven't known him long but I know I don't want to be anywhere around him. He's just bad. If I report him he might try to harm me, I stop speaking to him about 3 weeks when he started tell me all this and starting to see thing for myself. I know where he lives but he know where I live as well, I thought he was a nice person.

Should I leave it be....My mother think it wrong of me to do Maybe he will change for the better...blah, blah, blah. I don't want anyone to get hurt by his actions.

Also from researching Y/A I notice that people are saying reporting him might not do anything. I don't want to put myself in this situation and have the government not do anything.

They took 3 years of preparation to bust 600 people blatantly working in a Mississippi plant . They dont waste there time with one guy, they have their pick in the County jail that they do nothing about.

There are over 12 million undocumented aliens in the US. For the most part ICE knows who and where they are, reporting one individual does nothing. If you want him off the streets, report him to the police for drug and child abuse.
