Question:

What should I do! answer plz!?

well

i feel fat

i just got off my period

last week

and sometimes i have backaches

and sometime my chest hurts

i am 13

and i just do not feel like myself

i weigh about 102

and i feel like i am gaining weight and blubber on my stomach

and my stomach sometimes looks big to me

what should i do?

  1. just cut back on what your eating. but i promise you're not fat because i'm 13 too and i'm 110. if you think you might have a bulge to your stomach then lay off the junk food, but DON'T stop eating.

    if your chest hurts, that might be because of your period. when it's that time of month your b***s tend to become more sensitive.

    and the backaches might be caused from bad posture. during the day, make an effort to sit up strait and not hunched over.

  3. You are NOT fat. You probably don't feel like yourself because your hormones are fluctuating all the time, especially at your age! Just make sure you keep up a proper balanced diet, exercise regularly and you will be fine. You are beautiful just the way you are.

  4. If you're onlyh 102, then theres no way you are fat... Regarding back pain and chest pain, that is normal and many girls get this pain due to their period. If you dont like the way your body looks, for ex. you feel like you have stomach fat, then it wouldnt hurt to work out, because that is healthy for you anyway. But you shouldnt do it because others see you as fat, and you have to look realistically at your body. Girls your age are experiencing many changes due to puberty, and especially with the media and how life is today, many people are concerned about their body shape even if there is nothing wrong with them. You have to love your body, and if you feel like you want to change it for the better, then you should change it for yourself and feel better. But you have to be realistic and see if such a problem exists anyway. All I know is that being 102 pounds is thin, and not close to being 'fat' at all. But if you want to tone your stomach than that is fine, just be realistic and work it out reasonably. Most importantly, love your body and have goals so you can feel better about yourself and not impress or make others like it. Best of Luck!

  5. Turn off your phone and take a nice hot bubble bath or shower. Then go some place quiet, (like your room.) Lotion yourself up well and relax. Hop in your bed and read a couple magazines, watch TV. No phone its called me time and then make some hot tea. Good Luck.

  7. okay first off youre not fat and ppl like you really p**s me off by saying you weigh next to nothing and calling yourself fat. that aside, its normal to be bloated and it usually happens around your stomach. im sure nobody else sees it but you so calm down youre fine. i think you are at that age where puberty is starting to take its toll on your mind and youre kind of down in the dumps. just remember that you are a very beautiful young woman and when you start believing it the more it will show
