What should I do at the gym after school?

Since school is in, I'm going to make my gym days Sunday through Thursday. I want to get a decent work out, but I also have to worry about my homework and stuff. How much should I be exercising a night?

  1. You should do cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes. Depending on what you wish to accomplish, you should add 20-30 minutes of weight training too.

    I find that running is the best exercise assuming your joints and back can handle it. But if you are working out at the school gym, you can talk to others about their success. :D
