What should I do for my best friend's parent's 20th anniversary?

Her parents are like second parents to me, and I'm going over to her house tonight, so does anybody have any ideas what I should do for them? Any good gift ideas? Desserts? I cannot come empty handed, that's for sure.

What about some flowers and a nice bottle of wine (if they drink). I'm sure they don't expect anything but your company but it's a nice gesture to never show up without something for your host. Hope you have a great time.
