What should I do if I keep losing my DSL connection?

For the last year my Earthlink DSL connection has been very reliable. Now I get disconnected about every 10 minutes. I run E-link virus/spyware daily and E-link FineTune also (defragments hard drive, cleans out cookies, etc.). Any other ideas? PS this is not a slam of Earthlink, overall they offer very good support, service.

  1. Could be a bad modem.

    Get their tech support people on the phone and they can test your

    connection and probably get you fixed up.
