I was eating at Jack in the Box and I found a little fly in my salad. I threw away my salad and just walked out. Could I file a complaint or what actions should I take?

  1. first i would tell the place you are eatting at and say "i got a fly in my salad and i want my money back......" :O

  2. Ask the attendant if there is any extra charge for this fly?

    And get a new salad.

  3. take the fly and ask the manager what is this and ask for another salad.

  4. i would take the fly out of the food . and i'm not gunna stop eating after i'll finish it all

  5. you sure you didnt put the fly in there

  6. Wow, you got free meat!  You were undercharged.  Keep it to yourself.

  7. You should have brought it up to the counter & asked for a refund.

  8. After showing the manager feed it to the roach under the table.

  9. you can go to their website and complain

  10. you should have shown the cashier the salad (with fly), demand a new salad (without fly, free of charge). everybody knows when you eat fast food, its a gamble.. but the taste is worth the risk!

  11. wow. i would speak to the manager, tel him to give me my money back tell him u just lost a customer and just LEAVE. File a complaint too.

  12. You should have brought it to the manager's attention.  They would have replaced your salad (if you still had an appetite for one) and probably a gift certificate for a free one next time you came in.  Unfortunately, things like that happen this time of year.

  13. Your should have go up to the counter and brought it to the managers attention, and they probably would have given you your money back and coupons for a free meal.  But you threw the salad out so now you have no proof.  The is always the internet webite for Jack and the Box for customer complaints
