What should I do if my cat has a deviated septim

If anyone knows please tell me his is a orange tabby around 8-10 months old he is also an alley cat and i think this could have something to do with it. We also have another cat that he plays rough with so can someone give me advice (I already taken him to the vet)

If your vet didn't notice  thr septim probabem. I doubt that is the problem.  A cats nose would be to small for any radical treatment any way.
