Get a new fridge quick.

Is it leaking the coolant?  If so, open the windows and call in the repair guy.  It may be too expensive to fix so be prepaired to spend some money.

If it's just a cosmetic hole in the plastic:

1)  use duct tape to keep moisture out of the refridgerator's innards.

2) Get a new liner if the cost isn't too high.  

3) If you're handy, go down to the hardware or boat store and get some epoxy (white colored) or white silicon calking compound and patch it.
