What should I do in my Father's restaurant?

My Father owns a restaurant and all of his workers are married and have kids. The thing that bothers me is whenever a pretty woman walks in, all the workers come in a rush to see who it is. (NOTE: All the workers are Mexican.) My girlfriend came in and she was uncomfortable being in there. I told my dad to tell the workers to stop doing this. I go to Friday's or Applebees and the workers don't drop their plates to see a woman. The reason I am asking this question is what should I do to stop this.

First of all, you probably have no authority to tell the staff anything, yes or no.

If your dad won't do anything, tell him how you feel, but keep your girl friend out of there, and go some where where they respect customers.

You should definitely talk to your dad about it.  A good restaurant owner would want to know about that, because it will scare away more women than just your GF.  If it was -my -restaurant-, I'd sure want to know.
