What should I do in order to heal this VERY LARGE(I think) spider bite?

It is VERY LARGE... there's a dark red circle where the original bite is but then it swelled out and its fairly large now. It darker red circle is not a bump and there is no rotting around the wound. I thought it was just an infected spider bite at first because I dealt with that earlier this summer but when I put hydrogen peroxide on it, it doesn't burn or bubble, or anything, so I know its not infected. I'm icing right now... and I ice it for hours every night and periodically throughout the day I put hydrogen peroxide on it. Help? Please and thank you! :D

  1. You need to be seen by a doctor ASAP. You are incorrect in your assumption that because the peroxide did not burn that means you do not have an infection. The redness and swelling are basic signs of infection. You will need antibiotics, and a tetanus shot if it is not current. If you can't get in to see your doctor tomorrow, go to an urgent care center, or as a last resort the emergency room. You can do a lot of damage if you don't seek treatment.

  2. Sounds more like a boil. They are caused by staph infection. You should apply warm moist packs to the area( like a wet hot wash cloth). In a couple days it will come to a head and pop. You should keep the area covered and apply triple antibiotic to the area( keeps the head moist).  Make sure the drainage is washed off your skin with soap and water. Wash your towels and sheets in the hottest water recommended for the material and do not reuse them or allow any one else to use them. If the area gets bigger or you continue to get them you should follow up with a doctor.

  3. Get some antibiotics stat!!!

And icing it is not going to help the infection at all
