Question:

What should I do in track???

this is my first year of running track. I don't know how good i am or anything. but what should i run by these qualities. I'm really good at jumping (length wise). I'm also good at short distance running, like less than a mile. what does it sound like i should do?

  1. Have a go at 100m Hurdles- you'll rock. If your good at jumping also have a go at stuff off track: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump.

    In track also try: 100m, 200m, 300m and if your up for it 400m!


  2. JUST RUN Do exersices and it will improve do it every day i promise it will help

  3. Stretch and Run !i

  4. keep on running until you improve your speed and mileage!

  5. Hey if you can do the long jump, triple jump these are horizontal jumps and will work towards your talents. If you are brave run the mile and two mile and next year the 100-200-400 will be a piece of cake if you want to run that. Tell me how everything goes.

  6. Try time trials, and than ask your coaches for advice

  7. im in track and i run the 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash cus im relly good at short distance so u should try those!!

    and if u kan jump high-hurdles

    if u kan jump far-long jump ;)
