A very close friend once told me that I would never meet any man due to my attitude. I am a strong woman who speaks her mind but in a nice manner, caring, loving, patience, honest, and very independent. All of my life I had to prove myself to my family, friend and others. Now I decided not to prove nothing to nobody and now this is what is being said about me.

  1. As long as you are not being cruel or mean then you shouldn't care what others think.

  2. there is nothing wrong with you just being yourself. times have changed and alot of older individuals are very old fashioned. also sounds to me like your mother is a bit jealous, and verbally abusive.

  3. don;t care

  4. You should care about what others (friends, family) think of you as a person (your personality traits, etc.), but you should not care about what they think about what you do with your life (what direction you go).

You sound like a nice, bold, independent lady.  I find that attractive.

  5. You will find a man who loves you for who you are, don't listen to them. You will find someone who will mean more to you then they ever did.

  6. you shouldn't really care what other people think of you because if you don't like your self no one else will. Do what you think will make you happy and someone in the world will like you the way you are.

  7. good for you now the facts are this you really do care about something not who but what, Is what matters to you you or is there something else.  for me I have confidence in your judgment that's a go, from a perspective of what you say! now that the what has been answered your the only one who matters to get the rest all need be done is to forget and the mind knows how to do just that all in all your in for a new outlook do stay connected to the winners and let those who do not build your character to their own devises

  8. Need more details. Generally, a man worth your time will not be turned off by strength, independence or intelligence, but he will be turned off by arrogance. Try to ensure that you do not convey the wrong impression. Or if you've already made sure of that, perhaps you just haven't met the right man.
