What should I do or should I do anything? 12 year old daughter heard me having s*x!!!!?

My 13 year old daughter told my 15 year old sister that she heard me and my husband having s*x. My sister in turn let my mother know and that is how I found out. Should I speak with my daughter (my mom asked I say nothing) or should I act like it didn't happen?

Unless your daughter seems upset over it or asks you about it , I'd say don't embarrass her,  just let drop.

It's not that big of a deal.  She must have figured out where she came from by now.  Relax.

I would probably get the akwardness of the situation over with by talking to her about it. I mean whats the big deal really?

If my daughter heard me and her pop fornicating and she was embarressed or weirded out I would ask her how she thinks she was brought into the world.  

You are also an adult and if your daughter has a problem she should talk to you not let it go around the grapevine making it out to be more than it is.

As a precaution try not to be so loud when you are jumping around in the sack. ;)

I wouldn't worry about it at all.  I don't think it's really a big deal for kids to hear their parents.  We used to hear ours if we were going out to the garage late at night.  I didn't care but my sister stopped going to the garage.

I heard my parents doing this too... but i didnt say anything. It is very very very shocking for us kids, so you probably should talk to them.

It really depends on your daughter as a person.

My friend is 15, and has heard his parents having s*x. He also walked into their room once, and found a used condom on the side .

He was HIGHLY embarrassed. His parents never discussed it with him, but i think that was for the best, since my friend didn't wanna talk about it.

Personally,i would say not to say anything and let it go, but really it's your own judgement
