My friend called to confirm our hotel reservations for tomorrow, but they said they didn't have any room and refunded the money. My friend complained and nothing was done.

Can we do anything? Either legal action or not, I want to do something.

  1. In the good old USA we take them to Small Claims Court. Are they part of a chain, that would make it easier, you will have to prove damages.
