What should I do or what would you do and think ?

I'am working and I do dishes, prep work , help the cooks out , do out side arrons for work , clean tables, sereve , and clean I do all of these things when every one eles do just their own jobs only and that they get to sit after their jobs are done and I get **** or told to do some thing while every one eles can sit + at the end of most of every ones **** they get TIPED OUT I have never been TIPED OUT YET . What would you do if you were in my spot . + make pizza dough.

everyone should split the tips. everyone puts the tips in a jar, and at the end of the night divide it among yourselves.

Look for another job where you will be treated fairly and presumably be happier.

This sounds like motherhood. Unappreciated until the kid is having his own kids. Just get used to it.

Write up a resumes send it off to some excellant restuarants such as East side Marios', Red lobster and especially the Keg. Send one to the Keg first, then wait 2 or 3 days phone them asking to speak to management or who is responsible for hiring ask if there is any hiring being and for a possible interveiw. During the interview tell the mangement my job consists of the following dishes, prep work, plus cook assistant helping in making such as pizza dough and various sauces that's required by the chief  during the day and don't say cook say chief. If yo do get hired on to a fancy restuarant never say cook never or call the chief by his name with out saying Chief Tom, Chief Sam   . When my I've done my kitchen work  I fill the rest of the day cleaning tables, taking orders
