I do dancing a lot, am=nd I have done for several years now, so I am very fit and used to a lot of exercise. However, I thought by now, after years of dancing, I would be bale to control it, and I would be used to not sweating as much. I always seem to sweat a lot and I thought that my body would be used to this amount of exercise by now. Have any ideas what I can do guys?

  1. just sweat

    it is natural

    im not sure why you want to stop it?


  2. All you can really do is wear antipersperant, take a shower everyday and have a towel around when your doing physical stuff to wipe off the sweat.

  3. Use the Secret or Degree Clinical Strength Deodorant.  It's a lil more expensive than normal ones, but it actually works.  You apply it at bedtime.
