What should I do.?

When I went ice skating a boy came skating torwards me and he was talking to his friend and he was not paying attention to me and he had a metal thing that helps you skate. I had one of those too. Then we crashed. Now my ear has a big bruise. It hurts bad. Do you think he did it on purpose. He tried to hurt me many times. Should I sue him. PLEASE HELP!!!

no you should not sue him. If he does it again then you should go to the people who are in charge of people on the ice to make sure if you are skating he right way or there in case you fall. then the people will give him a warning. Its okay, its happened to me before but when they saw that i was better than them they stoped.
