  1. Why dont you wander down Portobello Market or Camden Market.   You could look around and there are places to eat there also.   You could walk round Leceister Square and go into China Town...sometimes they have street amusements or pick up "Where" and look through that to see if you can find something interesting to do.   There are theatres...if you go to the matinee shows they are much cheaper in the afternoon than evening and if you are a student you get in even cheaper.   Take a walk down the Embankment....Go to Covent Garden...there are loads of young people there..look at the shops and have a coffee there....go to chelsea...go to an Exhibition at Earls Court   go a a trip down the river...go on the London Eye.  there is sooo much to do in London...no need to sit in parks ....go to Richmond and look around there and then if its nice and sunny see if you can have a coffee in the restaurant boat there,

  2. push the boat out.....literally.  Try and get out on the river, it's lovely up around Hampton Court.

  3. jump on the train and come to the real CAPITAL city NEWCASTLE upon tyne we have our own palace(st james park) King Kev and the best party city in Europe

  4. You don't say where you are situated, but you could try this.  A  47 bus runs from Shoreditch, via Liverpool St. Monument, London Bridge, Tower Bridge to 'Farnborough' in Kent. A lovely village in the Kent countryside,  you can walk from there via fields and country lanes to another lovely village called 'Down'.  There we have a couple of nice country pubs and a few shops, there was a cafe.  And a 146 bus but back to Bromley where you can get a bus home. This will only cost you for the all day tickets and whatever you buy.

  5. Take him to the James Bond exhibition at the Imperial War Museum

  6. Invite me to come and visit! If I were in England I would not have to think of what to do. I have never been there, so I would not mind sitting on a park bench. My ancestors came from there and I have always felt like I would be at home there.  Whatever you do, have a good day.
