What should I do to against mars chocolate canada INC?

I purchased a coconut chocolate from vending machine 2 days ago.

I was chocking somehow and I had to put my finger to throat to pull out thing.

It was a 5cm plastic .

Since then my throat is scratched and I had to go to walk-in.

Now can anyone knows what should I do to against mars canada INC?
