What should I do to change my look?

I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on how I could change my look some. I'm talking make-up and hair. Don't judge my shirt because I have to wear uniforms to school. Thanks. =]

A short hair-cut maybe thats shoulder length with layers and sidebangs. With that hair being straight.

dye your hair a different color.

try using black kohl pencil for your eyes.

you should stratighten your hair till its pin straight or scrunch it.

but you could try getting bangs, prolly sideswept bangs.

also, you should wear very neutral colored eyeliner with soft eyeshadow, and try some lip gloss.
