well, im not familiar with all the fitness terms...Im 6'1 and weigh 150 pounds and have no defined muscles. I want to get a six pack and bigger arms and tighter legs but i don't know what kinds of workouts to do. I have some tae bo dvds (Elite Upper and lower body, and rock solid abs) but I dont want to do them if they arent the right workouts. Im sure i need a gym or something.....but what kinds of workouts should i do?Can someone help?
