  1. In the first place a 125cc machine is not in the same class as a moped. In the second place moped is a trade name for a particular manufacturer (I believe it is Vespa)(it is also an acronym for motor pedal) and last but not least you will need to obtain an MC endorsement to your present license. Consult your locations motor vehicle codes and regulations for any requirements you must satisfy.
