All of a sudden all my friends are either getting married or having babies. no one single is ever available. with my married friends i feel like a fifth wheel and every time i look at babies i have a twinge of jealousy. i cant explain the feeling but i feel inadequate and small....what should i do?

  1. I feel exactly the same way..WOW!  It makes me feel really bad when I see happily married couples and all I want to do is yack!  I think the only thing for us to do is to find a new circle of friends. They have support groups for divorced women/men...some with children and some without. I read that those are really good because everyone has or is going through the same problem.  Might try finding one of those? I am going to look into one myself! Good luck and I think it is normal for people to feel this way for a while..

  2. Start looking for someone new.  Try to be comfortable in your own life and find some single friends.

  3. Go shopping, get a new wardrobe, get you hair cut, colored, and styled a new way, start wearing some makeup ( I recommend MAC, i love it). Get a gym membership and get in better shape.  Take good care of yourself.  Nothing makes you feel better than being hot and confident about it.  This renewed look and boost of confidence will also catch some male eyes too.  Then your friends will be jealous of you, because you're single again with options and they are with the same guy.  Your pregnant friends will hate to see you coming when you're all in shape with some new hot guy andthey are 5 months pregnant.  They'll never be able to come and go as they please ever again because all of them are tied down.  My sister was going through the same thing and it's not always gonna be easy, but it's not always gonna be hard either.  Use this as a new beginning make time and take time for you. Today is the beginning of the rest of your life.
