  1. I know you said not to say eat but I am gonna say eat a lot of carbs. Drink protein shakes (muscle milk works good) and you can take some weight gainers.


  2. believe it or not..exercise.

    exercising will build muscle.

    That is a much healthier alternative to stuffing your face. :)

    You can lift weights, or do other target workouts at the gym or at home! I would not suggest running though because that trims down fat!

    But I think that building your muscle to gain weight is much better than just gaining fat!

  5. To grow you need to take in more cal than you burn.  Just like losing weight you have to take in less than you burn.

    if you want to put on weight you need to gain muscle which means lifing weights but to build muscle after lifing you need to....eat
