What should I do to get a replacement phone until my upgrade in february?

My phone is all messed up and I need a new one. I was thinking about just buying a whole new one but i figured out that the phone i wanted is 300 dollars. If i wait for my upgrade it will probably only be 100 dollars. What should I do to get a quick replacement phone for not much money. For six months. And i don't have insurance unfortunately.

Talk to your provider. Sometimes, they let you change early, esp. if you sign on for a contract.
