What is the best way or what should I do to get rid of pimples in my back, chest and neck?

I would definitely suggest you try SWISS glutathione bar. Its actually a soap intended for skin lightening but it really works well against pimples and the maks they leave behind! it dries them out easily in just 2-3days! a lot of people buy it for that purpose even if they dont have to lighten their skin. check out

i use clean and clear persa gel 10. put it on at night, let it dry, wash it off in the morning, pimple is much smaller. has 10% benzoyl peroxide soo it dries the pimples right up :D i use clean and clear oxygenating facial scrub and then put a moisturizer on and thennn use the persa gel. works wonders!

go to a dermatologist, they have these pills that kill the pimple causing bacteria. there are two types that work really good and fast.

other cheaper option would be to exfoliate. you can buy some exfoliating body scrub or just mix some sugar and soap and scrub the areas you want clean and soft. it helps if you have someone do your back for you. few days a week should be good.

drink plenty of water.

There's this stuff that works really well, it's called benzoyl peroxide. You can buy it in creams, washes, gels, etc. Usually, for pimples on the face, you would go for 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, but for other places, you could try going a bit higher and using 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide.

Body acne is very common and can be caused by stress, tight clothing, and from straps of backpacks/purses. It can be difficult to deal with because it's usually in a hard to reach place. Also, most products are designed to treat acne on the face, not the rest of the body.
