Question:

What should I do to get rid of the rest of my body fat? (pic)?

I have no gym membership and a dumbbell with about 60lbs worth of weight for it. I don't east fast food and only eat whole wheat foods, fruit, and chicken. I only drink water, green tea, and 2 percent fat free milk.

  1. I have the same problem. I lost 75 pounds and have the same thing, but when I was doing a lot of sit ups, it started to tighten up. Oh, and running helped a lot. Long steady jogs though, no sprinting.


  2. cardio is the only way to lose fat.

    run, walk fast, do something.

    ab workouts.

    kickboxing would be good

  5. You have to change the way you live!

    You have to wake up early, like 6:00 AM rather than 11:00 PM and you have to work hard during the day time then you have to sleep tired and wake up early again every day!!!!! It’s nothing to do with the food you eat!!

You're diet isn't the issue - you're a decent weight for your height.  There are some community gyms that are fairly inexpensive, so I'd give that a shot.  You're not overweight, just a bit flabby because you're not working all your muscles.  Healthy weight training involves using all of your muscles.  Its gonna take some work, but you can get yourself into decent shape in the next 5 or 6 months or so if you really dedicate yourself.

  7. the wheat and fruit might be too much carbs.

    also dont eat carbs at night and leave at least 2hrs before lying down and eating.

    keep fruit (2 serves a day) to the morning only

    pilates.. or something muscular thats more.. masculine if u like

  8. Strength training and weight lifting, you can do that at home with a gym ball and some weights. Eat plenty of lean protein, about 130g a day. You are at a good weight, building muscle will make you leaner.

  9. Do a wide variety of exercises. Best thing to do is find a sport or activity you like and get involved! If this sport and its training does not involve weight lifting you should do a little of that at home with your dumbbells.

  10. Cardio, cardio, cardio.

    You have to do cardio to burn fat - weights won't burn fat they will only give you more muscle. Go jogging - or if you're not fit enough yet then go power walking (as fast as you can walk) for an hour a day if possible then when you get fitter try to jog for 30 minutes a day or every second day.

  12. start weight lifting maybe find some ab and  chest workouts on-line.

  13. Go see a personal trainer to help you get rid of any lumps and bumps and sculpt you.

  14. A: Stop sucking in your gut. It looks ugly and you suck at it.

    B: Put down the fork and you'll lose weight.

  15. Forget the milk and drink a lot of green tea.
