What should I do to grow taller?? Excercise?? How??

Growing pills?? Right kinds of food?? What kinds?? Any suggestions?

now I'm 14 years old and my height is only 4'10 huhuhu I really need you help I still want to grow taller!!

  1. The only thing you can do is, sleep enough, and eat healthy food. Then the rest is up to your dna.

    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    and plus its probably in your genes to be short

    so there is no answer you just have to give your body time

    and forcing your body to grow can lead to big issues with your structure

    you can cause your bones to grow weak and suffer badly from small injuries.

  9. You will only grow as tall as you are supposed to grow.  Sure, you can take steroids, but be ready to suffer the consequences of them.  They will kill you slowly.  Eating something special?  Not.  Be happy with who you are.

  14. there is nothing you can do to grow taller, your body will grow in time and its all genetic. if your parents are short you may have a good chance of staying short.

    you're taller in the morning than during the day because your bones arent as compacted from walking around all day.

  16. Your height has already been determined at birth.  There is nothing you can do to change it.  You are only 14 so you may still grow another inch or two.

  17. Wait for your metabolism to kick in. my cousin was the same exacvt way until she was 15.

  18. I think it mainly depends on your genes. Are your parents tall or short? You might be short now, but many teenagers have a period of time where they grow insanely. Maybe you just have to wait.
