What should I do to have a Domain registration website?

Can anyone suggest me what should I do to have a domain registration website with me? I am going to host a website for hosting/web servers, and I want to know what should I do for the customers to register domains on my site.

You have to get set up as a domain name reseller.  There are several ways that you can go about this, with several different reseller providers.  

Most of the major registrars will have reseller programs.

You have to become or represent a domain registar. Try to do a partnership with some registars (registar.com, godaddy.com, yahoo.com).
