What should I do to have thinner thighs so that I could wear skinny jeans?

I really envy people who could pull off skinny jeans very well or better than me. I think my body is okay except for my thighs, butt and bust. I am 5'2 and 105lbs(need to lose 15lbs) but my thighs circumference is 20.5" (the largest value). How can I make my thighs thinner and butt smaller without gaining muscle? I really appreciate your answer...

  1. You should try running at least 3 times a week.  Run for 20 mins and then also try skipping.  Both of these exercises are great for fat burning and toning and they will help you get more toned thighs.


  2. You don't need to lose 15lbs. You are already underweight. Just try toning up your muscles through pilates and do alot of stretching to keep the muscles longer and not too bulky.

  3. Gah if you get the answer to this I'd love to know too. Lol.

    I don't think you need to lose 15lbs though that's like really underweight. Maybe just like 5, becuase 5 lbs actually does make a difference. Plus losing weight is harder for lighter people cause you don't burn as many calories.

    The best thing to do is be healthy and everything will come along eventually. Lol. I should practice what I preach.  

  4. well my thighs are about 23" and i can pull off skinny jeans, but then i carry more weight on the upper half of the body.

    wellany excerise you would gain some type of muscle, you could just try light excersises like walking
