  1. Make sure that she is not sleeping too much during the day, one nap in the afternoon should be enough and wake her up before 3pm if you want her to sleep by 8pm.  Also, establish a bedtime routine so that she can relax and unwind before bed.  Bath, books, maybe some milk, do the same thing every night.

  2. Warm milk, warm bath, lullaby, sit with her until she falls asleep.

  3. Some babies are very much affection to Music. Some times, light music with very low volume can help your baby

  4. try not to put her to sleep during the day or atleast after five in the evening.give her good food and milk thats warm, abt an hour before she sleeps.keep her warm  at nights, many kids kick off the bed sheets ,so keep her feet and head covered.

  5. give her milk before she sleeps

  6. MASSAGE HER BODY WITH GUD BABY OIL.

  7. I agree with diggs, but I have to wonder...is she waking up or just a restless sleeper? Who is it bothering: her or you? If it's just you, let her be. My son is a very active sleeper, but he's dead asleep when he's kicking and moving around!

If she's not getting enough sleep, the relaxed routine, and less sleep during the day ought to help. Sometimes going to bed later helps my kids too...

  8. Well, make sure she's not hungry, that she had a good dinner and a good bottle before bed. Also give her a warm lavender bath before bed.

It depends.. does she have a hard time Falling asleep or staying asleep? because they're two different things. If she has a hard time falling asleep, maybe she's not tired enough. She's getting older and has more energy so make sure she's tired enough at the end of the day, take her out for walks, park etc.

As for staying asleep... ahh well a total different story. Mine still wakes up at night, not every night but sometimes. For no particular reason. Make sure she's OK if she wakes up in the middle of the night, and see what she wants.. mine wants to sleep in our bed ;) so she comes for a lil bit and then back to her own bed!!

She might not sleep completely through everynite until she's around 2.

Good Luck and welcome to the sleep deprived parents club!! LOL

  9. donnot make her sleep during the day...n make her play n run around in park in the evening so that she gets exausted n goes of to sleep...at first it might be difficult to keep her awake in the afternoon but keep her busy n she wont sleep...i tried this with my 4 yr old when she was one it worked...gud luc!!!

  10. Give her warm milk and honey..thats the best remedy. also bathe her in lavender oil before bed and feed her potatoes.

  11. There can be many reasons why she is not able to sleep properly it would be better if u consult a doctor but for a stater ask her to take meals on the sceduled timing, her meals should not be distributed thru out the day. If possible ask her to take a Bath with  luke warm water befour she goes to sleep.
