What should I do to lose weight

This is my freshman year and i want to look good so how do I lose weight fast. I always play video games so i have to break the habit of my 360 and that's going to be hard so give me the best advice and workout routine.

  1. one word :RUN

    there is no better way to shed pounds.

    first start jogging a half mile twice a week.

    then the next week jog a full mile twice a week.

    don't worry about your time.

    then the next week RUN a half mile jogging some if oyu have to and also RUN a full mile jogging if you have to.

    do this on teusdays and thursdays in the eavening or early morning when it is not so hot so you won't mind donig it so much.

    monday wed. and friday use some weaights or phonebooks/textbooks to do some basic arm curls 3 sets of 30 reps.

    if you can do push ups do those too on mon wed. and friday. try to devote at least 30 mins to exercise on the days your  not running.

    except for the weekend. thats your time to relax and bust out the 360.

    as far as eating goes... eat the same as you have been just lay off crazy stuff like cake cookies and icecream.theres no real need to diet much if your devoting time to exercise.

  2. For building muscle you need to do push ups and sit ups, for a healthy diet try eating 1800-2200 calories a day with around 60 minutes of aerobic actives a day, try to get a healthy hobby like a sport instead of playing your 360

  3. Best advice. Sell your 360, buy a bike and go outside and play! Swim. Walk. Shoot hoops. Eat right.  You don't need a workout routine; you need some plain American exercise. Lose the 360!!!!

  4. best thing to do is have a healthy lifestyle. eat good and exercise, even if its walking around the block, at least your sweating and burning calories. the more u sweat, the better, and it wont happen over night!! so dont buy those stupid commercials. healthly, the most u can lose a week is two pounds.

  5. mmm try doing a sport everyday for 2 hours or more

    or just workout everyday for 2 hours or more

    eat right and eat healthy

    If your not that hungry then have a fruit dont like have a HUGE BOWL OF CHIPS or anything like that

    drink TONS OF WATER!!!

    if you want to loose it fast

    try swimming everyday for 3 hours or sumthing
