I just took my ACT and made a composite 24.
28 English
20 Math
23 Reading
24 Science
Obviously, Math is pulling my composite down.
Even before the exam, I knew math was going to be my weakness due to other similar ACT scores. I went out and bought a ACT prep book by the Princeton Review. I studied the material and felt like I learned a lot. I took about 6 practice math exams and reviewed my answers when done. Then, I got my scores back and found out that my math score went down a point from the last ACT I took! Perhaps I should of bought the brand, "Barron's"?
What can I do to help me learn math!?!?!
Also, I have the choice of three math courses next year (senior year). Which should I take to help me with my ACT score?
Advanced Math
Pre-Calculus Honors
Algebra III
Please remember this is a two part question: What can I do to improve my Math ACT score AND which course should I take?
