I have been going to the YMCA to work out everyday since July 31 (cardio, using weight machines and free weights) for 3-4 hours a day. But they are going to be shut down from the 25-29 and open up again on the 30. I want to build muscle and get stronger, but what can I do if I can't go to the gym to lift weights. Before joining the gym, I spent everyday, all day doing push ups, sit ups and crunches and felt addicted to them and miserable. I really don't want to do that again.
